20. Will our employee’s roles change? How will we interact with the Alliance contractor?

Outage personnel will need to support collaborative outage planning and outage coordination.  At a minimum, the parties will share project information.  In a mature alliance relationship, there is sharing of resources (i.e., scheduler, cost control, QA/QC, etc.).  There could even be a sharing of facilities.  The idea here is to minimize overall costs, by eliminating certain redundancies. Outage project leads will work closely with Alliance contractor on all aspects of planning and execution. The O I C Outage Team provides a series of Alliance-building initiatives to facilitate the "One-Team" approach.
