Yes. Often times, we work with capital project management teams, working in conjunction with outages, or as standalone projects. For example, the O I C Outage Team has worked with FGDS (Scrubber) teams, including the Washington Group and Shaw, at both Reliant and First Energy power stations. Despite the diverse nature of projects, we have found that both outage and non-outage projects have similar goals and objectives (i.e., safety, quality, schedule, cost, etc.). As such, the approach is universally applicable, and focused on project success through continuous improvement initiatives and applied methodology.
