17. I see where you have an Outage Kick-Off Session as part of the Outage Management Process. Do you have a example of what that might look like?

 

Absolutely!    

Bringing all the key folks together just prior to the outage is essential. This session serves as the transition from planning to execution.  This is the opportunity to refocus on the goals and objectives of the outage.  It also provides an opportunity for owner and contractor team member introductions.  These may be broken up into multiple sessions, to serve targeted groups.  For example, the Owner may need to have a dedicated session for their OPL's (Outage Project Leads).  These sessions recognize that this may be the first opportunity for certain parties to interact, prior to the outage.
